For many years, my mind did not allow me to focus on reading a book. I have now discovered that as my thoughts clear, I am able to read again. This makes me very happy!
I enjoy a combination of hardcopy books or I download to my device, audio books are very useful too. I have a particular fondness for biographies, real stories by real people.
“Self-Freedom” takes time, and I always remember to still take baby steps through loving myself unconditionally and reminding myself that I am worthy of being a someone.
I surround myself with people who will support me and I partake in some amazing workshops and further education.
